My therapy approach

I work with individuals by providing a targeted and holistic approach to therapy.  I seek to provide a safe space for you to explore and process things that are getting in your way of fully enjoying this journey of life.  We are all unique and therefore, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs, bring out your strengths and utilize your resources. While I work with individuals using conventional talk therapy, I also specialize in other therapeutic approaches including a trauma therapy called Brainspotting.
